Hi Joom I ordered these for my friend who is deaf and have been told that Specsavers opticians hearing aid are going to be a total of 500 English pounds cheapest price and have read the reviews on this product is going to be a honest review so I am open the package and have a box of hearing aids were dead and have been in charge and we waited few hours and have turned on the noise of the mic buzzing or adjust is not nice in my friends ear but they are really good when they are not screeching mic noise she has said that she likes this item and the price of this product is a big difference and it does work so if you have a deaf friend or struggling with hearing loss and have not gotten any money to throw away for a pair from the trust of Specsavers is being told that these are better than the 1400 pound ones from the shop so all round a very good product but has mic screech issue now and again just she has to understand why it does this in her ears but might be sync together
This is my second purchase in a year. Love the product but always stops working after a few months usage. Unfortunately, unable to return or for refund as the warranty is only 30 days. Please don’t purchase as you will regret after a few months usage

Good but stopped working after 6 months and was told it can’t be replaced as the warranty has expired. So unfortunate 🥲
