Please prepare scissors, a cutter, a cutting board (or a cutting machine if you have one), etc. according to your needs. Please prepare a silicone sheet as it will be thermally transferred. (You can use silicone resin cookie sheets, etc.!) 2) Cut out the motif design you made in advance. It will be reversed during transfer, so please reverse it when cutting. The shiny side becomes a release film! Please cut the back side! 3) Peel off the unnecessary parts. Make sure that there is no excess on the transparent release film.
and remove the residue. 4) Once it has been removed, balance the design on the ironing board with the transparent release film facing up, along with the T-shirt to be transferred. 5) Place the silicone sheet on top of the designed sheet and press it firmly with an iron at 150℃ to 160℃ for about 10 to 20 seconds. *Please note that some irons may have uneven surfaces. If you don't hit it firmly, you won't be able to paste it. *Recommended ironing temperature is 160°. (The iron may be marked as low, medium, or high, but please check your instruction manual or the manufacturer.) 6) Peel off the transparent release film while the iron is hot. Occasionally, it may stick to the release film, so please peel it off slowly and carefully. Depending on the environment, heat, and what you are pasting, it may be easier to remove it after the heat has cooled down. (*I think it will be easier to remove the fluorescent yellow after it has cooled down a bit.) [One point advice] If the film does not stick well and comes off a little after you remove it, put the silicone sheet back on and iron it.
If you give it a try, it will stick to the fabric. 7) If it is crimped cleanly, it is completed! If you can see the texture of the fibers on the transferred sheet, it's perfect! This is an ironing sheet that allows you to easily make original T-shirts, hoodies, bags, event supplies, etc.
