I have to change my mind from my previous assessment. When the product arrived it worked perfectly, but only after 4 uses did it stop working or rather it connects and disconnects continuously from the mobile phone. This is the same defect that the first headset of the same type that I bought but which at least presented the defect after a few months gave me. Ultimately a product to avoid, on two identical pieces I had the same defect, even if it seems to have an attractive quality / price ratio but if it doesn't work it means that the quality is zero.

I stumbled upon the Chinese New Year so my order was delayed ... Biblical. The headset, however, arrived and is functioning properly. I only give four stars because of the delay, which in my opinion is not justifiable and because the headset is not equipped with USB Type C but only Type B, which means that it is not of recent production. I update the review and add a star because I have been using the headset for many days and I must say that it works great.

Whether it works remains to be seen. Then report back. Delivered in a secure mailer as registered mail. For me, the question arises, what remains for the dealer after deducting all shipping costs? I get the impression that only sales should be generated here. Not good for Joom! The good name suffers. Addendum: Another star should be deducted. Tiny description included, this only in Chinese. Inadequate!

Slightly larger than I expected, but OK for my ears. Comes with 3 ear plugs of different sizes. The instructions are almost useless, luckily it was straight forward to set up with my phone. Sound quality is good, range is excellent over 25 feet. Has a standard usb charging socket which is important to me. Overall so far I'm impressed, just knocked 1 star off for the useless instructions.
