I have yet to use them but they are special inserts for dismantling household appliances, those that have triangular screws, slotted screws with a pin in the center.....and others....in short, if you like to repair things yourself, these inserts are essential.

They don't connect, I asked for a refund but they ask for videos, photos, assembly etc etc so as not to accept the rest, out of 20 ordered only 4 connect
