Caution! The item was ordered online on October 6th and delivered on October 25th, 2024. If the item, e.g. textiles (men's shirt) fits, everything is fine. If the item does not fit, the seller requires the buyer to send it back to Portugal at their own expense. However, before the delivery address in Portugal is given, the buyer must send a photo of the item to the seller by email, probably to be able to "check" whether this is actually the right item! Returns are only accepted with tracking, which I support! The cost of return shipping with tracking is at least €14.65 for all parcel shipping companies to Portugal: DHL, UPS, GLS, DPD, etc.! The men's shirt purchased cost €18.02. The difference (€3.37) between €18.02 and the shipping costs of approx. €14.65 then remains as the final refund amount! I assume that because the remaining refund amount is so small compared to the purchase amount, no one will send the item back to Portugal! That is certainly a "lucrative" business model! The return shipment until the item reaches the recipient in Portugal (Lisbon) takes at least 9 working days. After that, the item is subjected to an inspection. Only then will a credit be issued, if applicable? Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone because of this! Best regards
