How to Use : Step 1. Gently draw a line with Cute Eye Liner 3-5mm below your eyes.
Step 2. Apply Cute Eyes Glitter as if filling between the eyes and the line to make puffy and smiliing eyes.
★ Roll up the liner just a little bit (1mm) at a time. If not, the slim, fragile formula can be broken.
