How to use the product: Using the spool brush tip of the Palladio Brow Pencil, brush the eyebrow hairs upward to expose the skin underneath. With the tip of the wooden pencil, use short, hair-like strokes to fill in dull areas or line the eyebrows. Brush from the inner corner to the outer corner, tracing the shape. Concentrating especially on creating a natural look in areas where the eyebrow hair is thinning.
