How to use the product: Once or twice daily, add 1 teaspoon of Tri-Cleanse to 8 oz of non-acidic fruit juice (such as apple or papaya) or water and stir well. Drink immediately, followed by a glass of water. Take on an empty stomach for optimal cleansing action. To reduce appetite, take 30 minutes before meals.
