This product may not be effective on printers with crushed or completely clogged nozzles. We recommend cleaning your favorite printer as soon as possible before it becomes unusable.
How to use: From the printer's operation panel, select "Setup" - "Maintenance" - "Cleaning" and repeat head cleaning about two times. After that, leave it as it is for at least 2 hours, and then clean the printer head twice again. Remove the cleaning cartridge, install a regular ink cartridge, clean the printer head, and then check the nozzles to see if they are unclogged.
If the above steps do not resolve the printing problem, please repeat the above steps again. The cleaning effect may be better if you leave it for a longer time. You can also perform cleaning by printing with a large amount of solid area while the cleaning cartridge is still installed. If you can identify the color where the blurring occurs, it is effective to perform solid printing in that color.
