I am normally a 42 but I got 43 instead because I have brought different trainers before and they came up a little tight.so I've brought a size up and they are perfect. My feeling is even if the came up slightly big I could wear a thick pair of sports sock to make fit more snug.better a little to big than to small..I've brought 3 different pairs of trainers from joom and they all come in 1/2 size to small always buy one size up
